By signing below I agree to pay munson ski & marine for the service work listed on this work order. I also agree my verbal consent given over the phone is considered an authorization for munson sli & marine to perform the work and is considered billable work to be performed. A diagnostic fee will be billed at our current hourly rate. There will be a diagnostic fee for all non-warranty issues. I agree that is the boat is not picked up withing 7 days of notification the work is complete, a $10.00 per day storage charge will be billed to the account. All winterized boat must be picked up by December 15th or winter storage rate will apply. No boat will be removed from premises after that date unless it is within the two week service period. All outside storage boats require shrinkwrap and will be charged accordinly. If the invoice is not paid within 10 days of the finaliation and closing, a $35.00 late fee per month plus a 2% finance charge will be billed on all delinquent accounts. Customer agrees to pay attorneys fees, collection fees and court costs for Munson Ski & Marine if account oes to collections. If boat is not picked up from sumerization within 7 days the battery may have lost it's charge, it is not the responsilbilty of Munson Ski & Marine to keep the battery charged. We are not repsonsible for any loose/personal possessions on boat at time of service/storage. We are not responsible for your trailer plug adapter if lost or stolen. There is a charge for pickup, delivery & service calls as the are not covered under warranty written or implied. We cannot be liable for weather conditions while the boat is on premises. Adverse weather can affect the condition of the boat at pickup. By signing I authorie Munson Ski & Marine to charge my credit card for services & storage once work is completed. Phone credit card transactions to pay for services are not disputable. Munson Ski & Marine shall not be responsible for freeze damage to boat(s) dropped off, picked up by Munson or left outside after the first freeze of the season.
