Returns and exchange policy:

All returns must be postmarked or returned to the store in person within 15 days of purchase or receipt of goods.  Returns and exchanges must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the return label and all shipping charges.  Please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip with any online orders.   Original shipping charges to the customer will not be refunded.  An RMA# is required for all returns.  Any use product will not be eligible for return.   Any items out of box will not be eligible for return.   We do not accept returns, on skis, wakeboards, surf boards or tubes.  These are all considered a final sale.   All clearance and sale merchandise is not returnable.

If an item was shipped in error we will exchange it at no charge to the customer.  We will issue a call tag for the miss-shipped merchandise and replace the incorrect item at no charge.  If the item is no longer available a full refund will appear on your account once we receive the incorrect product back.  This will take 3-5 business days to show on your account.  The refund will be processed using the same form of payment used for the purchase.  Please call 815-363-5400 or email service@munsonski.com for assistance.
